• The contest begins on January 1st , 2024 and ends on December 14, 2024 at 11:59 pm; 
• The winner will be announced on December 15, 2024 at noon;
• The winner will be able to transfer the coupon to only one person; 
• Coupon can only be used at one address; 
• Coupon can only be used in one transaction; 
• The winner will have until December 31, 2026 to use the $20,000 discount coupon;
• No cash value will be given to the winner; 
• Upon signing the brokerage contract(s) with Martin W Simard, the latter will automatically deposit the participation ticket(s) in the box located at Martin W Simard's office;
• The $20,000 rebate coupon will be given to the winner by mail or in person at Martin W Simard's office within one week of the contest; 
• The winner will be contacted by phone; 
• The person for whose benefit a publicity contest is held, his employee, his representative, his agent or a member of the jury and the persons with whom they are domiciled cannot participate in this contest; 
• Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling.  Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement;
